I can't access the in-game manual (broken link according to Google Chrome).

Well, I have accessed the manual with Chrome before.

It is a known issue.

The transition to the new server will take a while.

I've been offline all weekend and on limited connectivity for the next week, I was trying to finish the lot off before this downtime but it wasn't possible.
