Founded in 1982, Eureka Airlines currently serves 29 destinations across United States as well as portions of the Appalachian region from their hub in Columbus, Ohio.  Whether you are heading to Louisville to play the ponies, Indianapolis to catch a race, or just travelling for a day or two to one of our in state destinations such as Dayton or Akron, Eureka Airlines will get you to where you need to be, when you need to be there.

Rather than constantly list all of our destinations in each post, we will be listing our complete destinations here in an ever growing post.  New Destinations will still be announced as we expand our service.

Eureka Airlines has purchased their first new aircraft, a DHC-6-200, and will take delivery later this month.  Service to Chicago (Midway), Saint Louis, and Nashville will commence at the end of the month, and service to Milwaukee, Kansas City, and Buffalo, New York will follow in the coming months.

This is our first step as we embark on an ambitious plan to expand our fleet and replace our aging aircraft.

Eureka Airlines is excited to announce that we have just taken delivery of our DHC-6-200, and that we are now serving Chicago (Midway), Saint Louis, Nashville, Kansas City, and Milwaukee.

This is a major step in a new direction for us.  Up until now, Eureka Airlines has been a quality carrier to destinations in and around Ohio.  With this expansion, we have stepped up into the role of a Regional Carrier, and we are well underway to become a national airline.

Eureka Airlines has ordered their second DHC-6-200, and our routes are continuing to expand.  We will take delivery of this aircraft towards the end of next month, November.  1982, our first year in the business has proved to be a very successful, exciting year.  After less than a year, we are the largest airlines to Hub out of Columbus, and we offer more flights to and from Columbus than any other Airline.  We are the fastest growing airline at the Columbus hub, and we are one of the fastest growing airlines in the world! (PW 452).

We look forward to a very exciting 1983.  We have many plans for route and fleet expansion, fleet replacement, and we will be opening a new hub early in 1983!  We are keeping our location a surprise, however.  Keep watching for our continuing expansion, as we will be adding new routes before the years end!

Eureka Airlines regrets to announce they will be postponing their opening of their new hub due to an unforeseen $12 million dollar fee to open the new hub.  See my playful rant in the suggestions forum for details.

Eureka Airlines has just taken delivery of their 5th and final DHC-6-200.  We are offering new destinations, listed below.  In a few months, Eureka Airlines will be ordering a fleet of new DHC-5E-Buffalos.  These will be used to further expand our service, but also will be used to replaced the DHC-6-200s, which will in turn replace the Farman F.60 Goliaths, which in turn will be sold.  Both the DHC 5Es and the DHC 6s will be used out of our new hub coming this summer!  We look forward to better serving your air travel needs.
