Having an issue working in AM when creating routes. The website loads perfectly fine in 1-5 seconds throughout timetabling, setting a price, and inputting a duplicate flight number. When I click "Create Route" (and the web address changes to http://airlinemogul.com/airlinemogul/view_routes.php?msg=create), the site hangs, and takes about a minute to load the "View New Routes" page. Any other AM sites in other tabs hang up as well. Non-AM sites (including this one!) load fine concurrently, so I'm pretty sure it's a site problem and not a connection problem on my end. Any suggestions/fixes?

I had the same issue too. I think it is something with the AM server being in Florida, or something like that.

Does it happen simultaneously on all three browsers?

Also, take a look at this thread: http://stephenm.org/smfforum/index.php?topic=11543.0

I hope this helped :)

There's a very large volume of data loading on the view routes page which doesn't help, and it may be working on updating the route (Depending on the amount of competiton etc), as well as the reasons Matias mentioned.

I'm experiencing it a lot these days, but not since my last report has it been so bad.

I think it depends on the router you are using. I was at home for a week, and AM worked perfectly and fast. Now I've returned to where I live, and the page hangs up as usual.

My conclusion is: A fast router doesn't hang up, but an old router does.

Did you try changing the settings?

If your airline is a big one and your internet speed is slow, then it will take a long time to load...

It is the same airline, the same computer, the same browser. The only thing that has changed is the router/internet connection.

Which would mean its not a problem with AM directly. I still think I can do something to make the page load a bit faster though.

Exactly, not a problem with AM. But it would indeed be nice if you made some improvements to the create routes page.
