For me was in Europe best CDG. Its not much west as LHR and still not far to US coast.

As I said, I've got plenty of 767-200ERs, so distance from the US isn't really an issue. If the game wasn't inaccessible right now, I'd be flying New Orleans-Tel Aviv, so distance isn't the problem.
