San Diego-area airports

Four San Diego-area airports currently don't have a city listed. Miramar MCAS - Mitscher Field (NKX/KNKX) and Montgomery Field (MYF/KMYF) should both be listed as in San Diego, California. Gillespie Field (SEE/KSEE) should be in El Cajon, California. Borrego Valley (BXS) should be in Borrego Springs, California and as far as I can tell, its ICAO should be KBXS, though I'd be able to better verify if the ICAO's website had an easy-to-find listing of codes.
