Hi all!
I have just join the alliance and I have a problem with alliance's bases. When I click create route, I have got only few of them, not all of them. Why does that happen?

'If all allocated alliance routes have been used up at a particular focus city, that focus city will not appear in the drop-down list.' - I believe this solves my problem. ;)
And I have 2 more questions:
1. How many alliances can you be in at the same time?
2. Do you pay every month or just once when you join?

1. One at a time.
2. One-time payment.
