Aircraft not showing up

I got a new aircraft and im trying to make a route but the plane i want isnt showing up, i just got it, its been delivered and it doesnt have a route yet

Check
- the range of aircraft vs. distance of route
- the availability of empty gate slot your have at the origin and the destination

If neither of those is the reason, we need your user id and world id, as well as the aircraft id, and the route you are trying to create. Thanks.
