Is there anyway i can change my Base Continent?

Hi!

I have a bit of a problem here. A few days ago, i changed my airline from THAI to SWISS, and i moved my operations to Europe. However, i didn't reset because i had some planes on order and i couldn't cancel them. So i just opened up a new hub at ZRH, and closed my old hub at BKK. Trouble is though, i can't rent new gates at Europe because my base continent is still in Asia. Is there anyway you could reset this?

You could always rent new gates at another continent, provided that there are gates available, and that you have not hit the ceiling of 25 rented gates per airport.

To start a flight from another continent, you need to have the departure airport as either a foreign hub or an alliance hub.

We do not offer to change a base continent. It is either a complete airline reset, or nothing at all. If you would like a reset, either contact the private world owner, or email us at .

So that means, to keep my airline running, i'll have to keep on operating my hub in Asia as a foreign hub?

No...

It means that to keep your airline running, your home base would still be in Asia.
The new hub at ZRH would remain a foreign hub.

(It is optional whether you have a hub in your home continent really... It is just that the quota for foreign hubs is often less than that for domestic hubs)

But because i am now SWISS, I would have to consider BKK as my foreign hub (even if it is my home base)

Well... as I have said, you don't have to keep it, but even if you close the BKK hub, ZRH would still be counted as foreign.
