As mentioned in my topic subject, I want to find out what will be more profitable for a new airline like myself: I currently have one base airport/city at which I have 1 gate (10 slots). I now have 9 domestic flights operating from this base, which means to create more routes, I either have to rent another gate with 10 slots or create another base in another city, but not sure which one will be more profitable now. The problem is, the remaining domestic airports in the rest of the country have got really low passenger numbers (10 000 and below) which might be a bad thing if I create the routes and not make any profit. I am still fairly new and been doing well so far and would like to keep it like that if possible, so I need some advise from the experienced airlines.
