Hello there,

It looks like for some reason the leases on these aircraft had not been closed out correctly before the aircraft was sold to you. The game automatically tries to clean up the leases and that is why the routes were getting cancelled. I have manually updated the leases on the back end so the aircraft should work normally now.

Thanks!

Thank you! However, I’ve had a similar problem with a new batch of A319s from the same airline. Maybe the same problem? Same symptoms: Disappearing flights at the start of the month. Please look into this, and if other Airlines also have this problem then this might be a persistent issue lol.
Airline/World ID is the same, Plane IDs 1243-1250
Airplanes still on the market that I suspect also have this issue
1226, 1228-34, and 1237-40

Thanks! - AiZen

ID: 935-956, A319-100s, Private world 3763
Type: Route self-cancelling every new month
Description: Bought a bunch of second hand A319’s from another airline and naturally scheduled some routes for it. Next day woke up and all the routes were cancelled - that is, deleted. All the planes now show 24 hrs free time and the gates that they used to occupy for their flights are also now just empty. Happened twice - first time suspicious, second time sure. Finance shows that it happened every new month (Ticket revenue figures dropped significantly there - from 48 to 38 M if I remember correctly) so I have reason to believe that its an AM issue and not my own. As my airline is still pretty small (42 DOC dropped to 32 DOC) this is a pretty significant problem.

No worries. It's always nice to have some input on how to improve the game. We are working towards some features that might be to your liking. Be sure to keep an eye out for any announcements during the year

Sorry for the delay in replying

For starters I think the following should be achievable

1. the ability to change the registration at any time
2. LGA, a ban on any flights over 1000 mile Excl Den), think one the Washington airports also has this
3. LCY no flights on Saturday
4. Maint if your red that aircraft family does not fly
5. ability to specify seats and then ability to sell economy, business, first etc
6. The more aircraft types yo have the heavier the maint burden (cash required)

The only aircraft on the aircraft market are from other players. In public worlds there are brokers to help fill the market with aircraft, although the demand can sometimes be big enough to vacuum the market for everything.

General Chat / Aircraft leasing question
« Last post by Juan Trippe on December 03, 2024, 06:53:30 am »
New to mogul, definitely wonderful game.
But can anybody tell me is there a option to lease new acfts from manufacturers for example? Since new founded airlines like me need to rapidly expand by leasing but the leasing market doesn't always provide good acft options. Thanks for answering!
