that's a benefit of alliances.
those hubs in europe are provided by our european partners air portugal and airpak.
Emirates Air has decided to run flights from europe and start leasing planes. All of his flights in the middle east were canceled except for the european ones.

why?

the Mid East and African market suck total balls...

the airport sizes in N. America and Europe are 3 to 4 times that in the Mid East

and therefore people in the N. America and Europe have a DOP which is 3 to 4 times greater and they're running away with the game
