General Chat / gates in osaka

someone just bought up to 88 gates in KIX and only using 25% of them.. i feel this is so unfair.. it prevents competition from developing.. and considering that is my only base at the moment..

is there anything that could be done to prevent fellow players to monopoly the whole base themselves?
