Bugs / Loadfactor bug?

In View Routes I've noticed that the summary for my bases gives me a 101% (and for one base, 102%) load factor, yet all my individual routes have either 100% or less load factor. Does anyone else have this bug?

I think you missed the point slightly. It's not an issue of him wanting gates as he already has a gate there, it's about whether or not someone can hog a gate like this, and whether they're making a substantial profit out of doing so.
