Air Philippines is a sister company of Philippine Airlines. Now currently operating all PAL express A/C (Dash 300 and Q400) and routes.

Cebu Pacific Air, Philippine Airlines, Zest Airways(former Asian Spirit) are the 3 largest carriers in the Philippines.

It depends on your strategy, if you want to get into that kind of routes and if you can survive then jump in! If the competition is getting unhealthy then close it, or service it with a smaller plane.

It's actually worth it,but it's just too small.(I mean the pax capacity)  But bigger aircrafts like an A330/ Boeing767 serving 0.5 frequencies gives you more income. Again depending on how many competitors are flying that route and your strategy. Good Luck!
