Airbus A330-200 Prestige   60   464   9,551   2   2   0.33   €133,007,085
Boeing 777-200ER VIP         100   481  11,103   2   2   0.42   €56,501,26

While A330 price seems "real", 777 is way off? SO how comes A330 costs 133M/60 seats/less range than 777 that cost 56M?

Seem to be set very low for quite some types, especially larger ones. 777-200 VIP for 56M? I don't think so ... Is this dome intentionally or?

I have checked, how is in real life:

US Airways uses CRJ900/A319/A320. Its interesting its using CRJs from Phoenix and A319/320 from Calgary ...
Westjet is using 737-800HGW 3 times per week.

Can somebody please explain profit calculations for different planes to me. Let say an example:

Route Phoenix Sky Harbor - Calgary

Distance 1.227 miles
Phoenix 40M pas
Calgary 12M pas

A319LR 110 seats and A318 126 seats have same max profit 100k/route. A320 with 179 seats has max profit 95k/same route.
I suppose profit is calculated based on fuel consumption, distance, size of airport and ticket pricing. However I find it unlikely that A320 brings less money?

Can somebody enlighten me

This is why this world does not function as it has potential. And AM is perfect mirror

Yes, economical model of multiple frequency can be improved here I think. Multiple frequency could be done as well with adding another flight with frequency 1 ...

Multiple frequency madness
Hi all. Recently there is a trend of using multiple frequency. There are 2 kinds of people (mis)using it. See what applies to you:

1. Out of Ignorance: "Newbies" (also some older players) don't know what happens when applied. I can tell you: you are not growing as fast as you could as you making much less profit, let say 30-70% less. Not very productive way to go. Better to find new routes then to be lazy As purpose of game is to be succesful and grow - hey it can be your goal too

2. By purpose - driven by feelings - anger, revenge, pride: Well, AM is game. If you use such attitude in a innocent game, I wonder then what happens in your real life. Are you happy? I can tell you: no way ...

Here is an example:
Airline1   McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30   5.5    €20
Airline1   Fokker 100   6.5    €20
Airline 2 Airbus A330-300   2    €45
Airline 1 McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30   1    €20
Airline 3 Airbus A330-300   1.5    €50

Here I must say that Airline 1 wanted to show protest of war that Airline 2 and 3 are playing all acros the globe. Both have enough money and are bored it seems. As it is not profitable. It only gives some kind of satisfaction. But no happines ...
