Bugs / [Not a bug] Route Research

Hello. I'm new on Airline Mogul. I did a bit of research on a route between Hong Kong and London Heathrow, but my browser (IE) crashed after I did it (this sometimes happens, maybe it's my internet connection). I refreshed the page and then I saw it had deduced two research fees. Did something happen?

Oh, by the way, I was on Public World #799. Hope that helps.
