How long do you class as an extended period of time?

I've left it open and doing what it wants for 2 mins +

I just tried it and it was about 10 seconds. 2 minutes sounds like a long time, your problem must be something else.

Whenever I hit the button, after a few seconds, the page comes up as shown in my screenshot below.
I'm using IE7.

I'm using IE7, too. I get the same view as in you screenshot, but after waiting for a while the rankings appear. Have you just tried to let the page load for an extended period of time?

Bugs / Lease Revenue?

I have the same problem. Only 2 of my leased out planes are reflected in the Finance page (aircraft 6192 and 6782). The planes I have leased out later (7599-7603 and 6611) are not added to the lease revenue column. My id is 328.

EDIT: Seems to be fixed now after the month change.

Bugs / Failed Brokerage Requests

I received a brokered plane at month change. I was able to purchase it and place it on routes and everything seems to be working. However, it is still listed in "Your Broker Requests In Progress" and the delivery time is "Days" without a number. The aircraft id is 7027, brokerage deal number 396, and my id is 328.

Seriously? You must be related or something. How does he know your email?

And how does he know your e-mail password, doesn't the game send a message to the given e-mail in order to confirm the registration?

Bugs / Gate search utility

The gate search utility seems to be broken. Is it supposed to show the distance to various airports from the selected departure airport? Now it is showin 0 NM for any airports. Also, the counry flags are not showing, which is not a big deal in itself but may be another indicator of problems on that page.

I think that many new players are confused by the brokering system, and the difference between accepting and requesting a brokerage deal. They want to buy aircraft, go to "Aircraft market" and "Broker requests", see that there are good deals on the list, click "View" and "Accept a brokerage deal". At no stage are they warned that they are not buying the aircraft for themselves, but rather lending money to a competitor (usually at very low interest), which is not usually a wise business move for a new airline. I think you should add a warning at "Please confirm acceptance of the following brokerage deal", which would clearly state that you are about to fund an aircraft order for someone else.

EDIT: Read in an earlier post that you Air Elbonia had already figured this out  :wink:

I already started my own topic, but I'll put the information here also. My id is 328. I have not been able to purchase the airplane, but it is listed in my broker requests as follows:

Now I was able to purchase the plane. The entry from my View & Buy page is as follows:

5052  Douglas DC-3 24 0 In Service €3,966,226 €253,217 Info Scrap

If I click on Info, I can see that the plane is placed on four routes from JFK, I am assuming that Tradewinds was operating the plane. The problem is that the game won't let me close the routes, and I can not place the plane on new routes. The plane is still listed in "Your broker requests in progress" also.

I sent an ingame to Tradewind Airlines with no response so far. I would really appreciate it if a moderator could reset the plane (#5052) so I could put it into service.

The following aircraft was affected by the brokering bug, and I have no way of paying for it even though it should have been delivered already. My airline id is 328 and I don't know the aircraft id as I already deleted the message.  :oops: Could a moderator return the aircraft?

Why is the cost charged to me more expensive each time there is a higher markup percentage. Isn't it suppose to be lower as the markup percentage gets higher?

5% markup means that you are willing to pay 5% extra to the person who takes your order. So of course the price will be higher for 5% than 0%.

The game uses Euros. If by "real cash" you mean US dollars, you can use Google for the exchange rate.
