What era are we playing in? I agree with 2003 to 2010
For how long are we going to play? 7 years is good
When are we going to start Mid october works well
I think we should go with a small aircraft to start off with and build up from that. Saab 340, DHC-100, or up to a regional jet.

I will join as Atlantic Air. Just a suggestion for bases, I think we should only allow 1 or none foreign bases.

CaribbeanBlue has exercised 3 of our twelve options for Saab 340's. We have also opened a new base in Jamaica. We will be opeing a new base with the arrival of these new Saabs.

well in real life where would you like to have the most options to travel to/from? And there is no competition so I don't have a problem opening any size base. And if any more info is needed feel free to ask me what you want to know.

« on: August 16, 2011, 08:45:56 pm »CaribbeanBlue has made huge changes recently. We have replaced all of our 737's with 737's lowering our maintenance costs. We have also replaced our fokkers with larger and faster ATR 42's. This gives our passengers more space and lower ticket prices on intra caribbean routes. We are in the process of replacing our DC-9's with brand new ones, so far we have replaced 1. We have also become the launch customer of the Saab 340 with 3 on order and 12 options. We have another 4 ATR 42's on order.
We are opening a new base and want to know from you the passenger where you would like that to be. So please answer our survey HERE

I don't feel that either aircraft is really completely inferior to another other wise one aircraft would have more the 75% of the orders in the 100-200 seat range. I do think however that the A320 is in better shape for a re-engine project because of the height off the ground and adding of winglets (which should have been earlier and will be offered as a retrofit and on new build A320's from 2012). I bet that we will see a huge amount of orders for the 737RE just as we saw for the NEO. Boeing and Airbus will still continue the monopoly they have on this sector although it will shrink with new aircraft like the CSeries and Comac C919.
I REALLY want to to see the CSeries takeoff and capture a good chunk of the market. GO BOMBARDIER!
