HOLIDAY TO RETIRE 737-300 FLEET

Holiday air lines will be phasing out the fleets remaining 5 Boeing 737-300 aircraft within the next 6 months. As an airline, we feel the age and inovations these aircraft have to offer are not what are standards are at during this point. These aircraft are set to be replaced by Airbus A319-100 aircraft, with an order of 5 set to be delieverd within the next few months. We will be selling our retired 737's on the market to be used for other airlines, and we hope they continue to deliver passengers to their destinations safely.

Holiday Airlines is doing well and profitable for this quarter. With the recent delivery of two brand new MD-90-30's from McDonnell Douglass, we have been able to expand our services to other cities. Some of these new services include Oakland, Boise, Colorado Springs, Reno/Tahoe, San Jose, amongst others. We are proud to be able to expand our services to these smaller cities that other larger airlines seem to ignore. With a current fleet now of 5 aircraft, three of which are 737-300's, Holiday has made an order for a new Boeing 757-200. We feel the introduction of this aircraft is very beneficial and will allow us to have larger aircraft in our fleet to be able to satisfy large demand. Once this aircraft id deliverd, we will begin service to Hawaii from our base in Los Angeles. As our company grows, we will be able to expand our services throughout the world.

Holiday Airlines is proud to say we are slowly moving forwars. With two Boeing 737-200's and our MD-81 aircraft, we are expanding our destinations as far as we can go. Our hub in Sacramento is providing services to Los Angeles, Seattle, St. Paul, and for the first time Los Cabos, Mexico nonstop service has been added. Holiday Air will soon be purchasing a new aircraft and opening up more services in the California region.
