I have a slightly different problem.  I have put in a unique ID number for some my flights, however if I go to close route, I will not allow me to do that.  It gives me this error "Flight Number Error  The flight number you selected is already in use by your airline." 

I am having the exact same problem. I tried to close several routes just to check, and had the problem with all routes that were assigned an IBE flight number out of both my hubs, but I was able to close the routes with the old five digit numbers.

I have noticed in public world 730 that when viewing the route maps of the routes out of an airport in or all the routes flown given by a given airline, the location of Madrid-Cuatro Vientos (MCV/LECU) is erroneously showed somewhere in Australia. This problem appears to occur only when using the great circle mapper, not google maps.
