at w10 i want to set up the ARN Stockholm-Arlanda become my 3rd based so i rent 4 gates already
but i go to "Create Focus City"page  there  just only have domestic i can choose. fine! but when i click 'Create base' the system reject my applcation said "Unknown or no airport submitted, please try again."

i have other problem also is about create based
i rented 4 gates at one airport , i want it to become my new based but when i go to "create based" i cant set up the based at that airport

my alliance airports not follow my actually alliance?
