Bugs / Can't view maps in View Route Map.

Airline ID: 14485 (W9)
Hubs: Amsterdam, Madrid, Athens & Milan Linate
Browser: both FF 3.01 and IE7


What?: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') GROUP BY `arr`.`airport_id`, `dep`.`airport_id`' at line 7

When?: Everytime I select Gates > View Gates > View [airport name] > click GCM routemap in upper right corner > (no map shows) > Select View: Your Alliance Routes (selecting All Routes shows no map either)

Where?: Every airport I view, with or without alliance routes present.

Why?: Good question :wink:


I posted this a couple of days ago in a different topic, so I figured maybe it got overlooked.

I have a similar kind of problem.
Everytime I try view the routemap of an airport, then select 'Alliance Routes' in the drop-down menu I get the following error:

The full routemap on the same page doesn't load either. No errorcode given.
Problem occurs out of all my hubs.
I'm using FF 3.01...

To add to previous:

If you want to calculate a route-setup with several new destinations and maximize your hours:

0. Follow nwadeltaboy's steps as read above
1. set row D2 (frequency) to value 1
2. In row A2 paste the formula =A1-2*D2*(C2/E2+F2)
3. In row A3 change A1 to A2 (i.e. tell the formula to look at the previous row)
4. Change subsequent rows accordingly (row A4, formula A3 or even row A99, formula A98)

To leave out a destination delete the value in row D2 for that destination.
Remaining hours will change immediately.

What does this do?
Instead of giving you the amount of time it takes your plane to fly one route this (small) adjustment will give you the remaining time after flying several routes.
