General Chat / Re: Airbus or Boeing? which do you prefer
« on: July 18, 2009, 05:26:06 pm »
I have flown in a B767 since my first summer, no joke. AA uses them to do Boston-Paris.
It is quite possibly the worst plane I've ever been in. As much as I love the 777, I think the 767 is uncomfortable and badly designed- comfort wise, not safety wise. Likewise, I hate the 757, again passenger wise it is just horrible. I feel constricted and as I I were in a streched out 737- I hate the 3-3 seating.
i have to say my vote goes to Airbus because the A330 is comfy and I feel alot more comfortable in the A320s. (I have never been in an A340, so can't comment)

I think that you can only choose airports in the Middle East because that is where your 'home' is- you chose your 'home' part of the world when you chose to make Dubai your first base.

I assign fleets by where the airplanes fly- which is essentially the same as the size of the aircraft.
That way, I know what planes fly int'l, in the same continent, and short-range flights.

How much longer is there in this world? I might be interested in joining...

That's mine, a total of 155910 mi. I probably forgot some. Most of my miles are yearly treks to France.

In Private Worlds, I think it would be nice to be able to choose multiple countries, Like have a private world with the UK, France and Switzerland, for example, and be able to do that for any country provided the total number of Airports is larger then 50.

Boston MA's sorry excuse for a metro (The green line is a tram that goes underground after the Fenway station, the blue, red and orange are 'real' metro, the silver is newest and is part metro and another 'branch' of it is just buses to the airport.)
It's called the T.
The purple lines are the Commuter Rail, it's the RER of boston.

My brother waited twelve hours for someone to look at a half an inch deep, five inch long cut that needed stitches. He was bleeding like mad. The nice nurse told us: "Here are some sanitizing wipes and a towel for the cut, the next ER doctor will be available between the next 10 and 14 hours. The US health sucks. s-u-c-k-s.

This is why I'm moving to Europe. High taxes don't bother me, as long as I still get something out of them

G.W. still had an approval rating above 50% then, you have to remember that; It was before Hurricane Katrina which made it plummet (It's under 30% these days, according to a couple Of sources I've read). The difference between him and McCain is that McCain has many similar policies than Bush, and Independents will thus probably vote for Obama.
Also, I think that the Electoral College isn't a good Idea, seeing as the majority of people can want a candidate, but the other win. (i.e., the 2000 elections)

American gas prices are actually some of the lowest in the planet. We have it good at 4.00 dollars a gallon. In europe, notably France, It's at 9.00 dollars a gallon at least.

Honestly, I don't want either, but I'd rather have Obama then Mcsame.
I really was a Clinton person, and was kinda disappointed when she wasn't the democratic nominee. She should be vice-president now :P.

Air France Livery Services
I just wants to say that if someone wants a livery done, I can do it for them , and they just have to ask.
Below is a re-branding of Air Koryo as I think it should be done. If you have any questions or requests just post away :P
I'm also happy to try to make a livery with close to no description.
I'll do any plane that is on the Jetabout Pages or the Modified Airliner Photos templates page except the concorde.
If you want more examples of my work just ask and I'll PM you with it.
P.S. I don't like doing this on real planes, preferably on the Jetabout planes, but If you ask nicely enough and provide the photo then I will.
