Bugs / Loadfactor clobbered from time to time

Some of my routes that were tuned to 100% Loadfactor would be lowered to 80% or so after a few game days.  However I can bring a route back to 100% simply by editing it with exactly the same Proposed Fare and Daily Services.  Doesn't seem to make sense unless some random events are being considered.

This only happens on routes with competition.
