Bugs / Gates returned, but I still pay for it

I made a lot of mistakes of buying gates that I would return after several minutes.  However, it's been "months" now but I still pay for the returned gates.  Is this normal?  Thanks!

Bugs / Route Research says OK, but not when creating new routes

I currently have 1 Beech C99 and I tried researching for new routes and supposed to be a certain route is OK for my plane.  But after renting the gate and tried to create the new route, my plane is not available.  Is this normal?
