Goals:  just want to learn how to play the game so that I don't make as many mistakes the next time.

Hello to all. My problem is that I can not lease a plane  or buy a used one. My budget is positive. When I go to click Aircraft Market - Aircraft Aircraft for sale or for lease does not appear no aircraft in the table below.
What could be wrong?
