a dumb questions.. what do the term hours, turn time & withdrawn mean on a plane description? How does this affect the performance? Thank you very much.

Turn time is the time it takes to "clean" the plane and refuel.

Withdrawn means the date that the plane will no longer be made.

Does that mean for a particular route, no more than two planes can do frequency *.5?
What is the rationale of this rule? Thanks.

I saw that from the administrator's post, this is not allowed and will be punished. What does this mean? I do have lots of *.5 flights and sometimes a plane with have 0.5 flight in 2 places. What is the problem? Thanks.
