i have a logo made but i cant upload it or use it as a signature like the rest of u. how do i add it to both?

can someone tell me about the new developments that are going on. hows hubs and mutliworlds going to work. are hubs gonna be like for eg. i am based in cns. i can have a hub in say lax, then fly from lax to london??
