The 10x freq, 1 Euro fare war has begun in world 8.  I can't believe people are doing that early in the game.  Did the admins do something about the LF algorithm?  My flight seems to be almost unaffected by the airline doing the 10x freq, 1 Euro flight.  Of course I had to decrease my price to have a decent LF but fares are still high on that route.

All 200 people might be willing to pay 150 USD for an LAX-SFO flight.  In this case, you'd be able to fill up a 200-seater plane with a 150 USD price tag.  You'd also be able to fill a 20-seater plane in no time with a 150 USD price tag.  

Jack up the price to 450 USD.  Probably too expensive for most LAX-SFO passengers but something like 20 people might fly at that price because of certain factors (good schedule, emergency, business, etc).  With 20 people flying LAX-SFO at 450 USD, you'd get a 10% full 200 seater plane and a 100% full 20 seater plane.

Going back to your original question.  A larger plane does not require a lower ticket price.  It's just that with smaller planes, you can increase the fare until you reach the maximum tolerance of the market.

Not odd at all for people to have orders already. I have 12 AN-2Ps on order..

Same here.  Obviously, I must have cheated or were given special treatment  

I'm impressed by the person who squeezed out 30 routes out of ORD with one plane.  How come no one cried foul over that?

I have 30 routes out of ORD but I have 2 planes flying.  1 is my starter and the other leased from D Express.  

Just got lucky with the lease.

World 4 is a pretty big world.  If the ending of world 4 won't trigger the creation of an equally big world, what happens to the players?  It's pointless to join existing worlds with a few years of playing time left.  I just don't know how we are gonna fill up existing old worlds when people want to start on a new world.
