General Chat / when is 1 click route adjust?
« on: May 19, 2008, 10:14:58 pm »Mass route update will involve checking check boxes for the routes you are to update, typing the percentage you want to change it by, selecting whether that is up or down and pressing update. You then review the proposed changes and edit it (for the whole group) as required and finally finish the changes. I worked on initial GUI (Graphical User Interface) but it still remains Will's project. He has recently graduated and has copious amounts of alcohol to consume. He should be back in the near future.
any idea when this will happen, because with mw you get larger airline more routes to edit,
like for me at 97% its like 60 routes to edit

When I was putting the concept together, it was felt that the ratio of staff per plane was too high, so it was lowered. The way it is calculated is the fleet /3. That means that for each individual aircraft type, unless it was divisible by 3 it would have an effect, but only a few thousand a month. In the second maintenance change, common fleets and scrapping should make a bigger difference with lower costs for new parts, and scrapped planes could also be used for parts (As they are supposed to be)
So a standardized fleet will have benefit in game like there is in real life (southwest)?
