Well, i kind of agree since i am into military warfare and military aircraft, i no that China has been building there Air Force massivly for something no one knows about and have nowgot tons of nuclear wepons which scares me :x

Yes youre pretty much right... its just at the reset yes you start all again but you start with 500,000 cash and you loose your planes and your value will have a slight start off, as for youre bases you just have to pick one at the start and after that carry on making new bases like this round.
