Bugs / [NAB] In game Mail

Hello all,
This isn't a bug but I had no idea where to post it. I got this in game mail in my inbox:
Due to lack of usage, a total of 1 have been flagged as disused at London Heathrow. This means unless they are used, they will be automatically returned at the beginning of next month
If the green Airline Mogul logo does not read "Administration", this player is not a staff member of Airline Mogul. PLEASE NOTE: Airline Mogul staff will never ask for your password or other such information in a private message
When I moved my mouse over the green aircraft it said "normal user"
Can anyone tell me what this mail and that normal user thing was about??
