General Chat / Problems with opening a base

I have rented 4 gates from the airport I want to start my base, but when I go to the new base screen there are no options for me to select. I am based in North America and my new base is in Mexico, so I don't know what the problem is.

In a couple of hours I have lost over 1 million dollars. My DOP has not changed at all and is around 400K. What happened?
