Bugs / Leasing gone terribly awry!

I have got the same problem.
A large number of my leases went skyrocketed above the agreed price and were terminated prematurely.
Many times it went to 4 times to more than 6 times the agreed price, and 999months leases were terminated immediately.
This problem seems serious..
