Title: [Fixed] Unable to log into new private world

PW#252. Touchdown

When I click enter world I get asked for the Airline Name, ICOA code and Base Airport. Except that there is nothing to select in the Base Airport drop down. Ive tried it in both Internet Explorer and Firefox and the issue occurs in both.

When I enter an Airline Name and ICOA code and click register I receive the error -
Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /var/www/vhosts/airlinemogul.com/httpdocs/airlinemogul/register_airline.php on line 264

I then select a Base Airport in the region of the world, in this case ORD and then I get sent to the Change World page.

Please fix :)

I take it you created a North American world?

If its not easy to fix North America, can you just swap it over to Europe ?

Id prefer North America though...

Its a pain to do either, but I'll have the world fixed shortly. Its a known bug with North American private worlds, but it hasn't been resolved yet. The airports have to be added manually.
