Has anyone worked out the ideal leasing formula? Currently in the world I am playing I am in a financial position to support the smaller/new airlines by leasing aircraft to them but I have no idea how to calculate the leasing amount. To avoid randomly putting in a number, is there any specific formula or way to go about leasing out aircraft? In the past I have literally just thought of a number and hoped for the best but want to do something that makes sense. Any help will be appreciated! :)

When I lease out aircraft, I usually put in 10% of the new value for short, one-year leases. You might want to lower it if you lease your aircraft out for longer time, and increase it if it's for a shorter time
