What does DOP stand for at the top right hand corner when we log in?

DOP means the amount of money you earn every hour

Adding on SQ748's post:

DOP means 'Daily Operating Profit', and it is (as said above) the money you make per game day (24 game days equals one game month equals one real-time day, because 1 game day equals one real-time hour).
