Title: Does AM adjust for DST?

We just started DST today in the US and I am just wondering if AM adjusts for DST at any point of the year>

No adjustment is made as it should have no effect on the general public.

Yup.  They start it earlier now and end it a week later.  Supposedly saves energy or something...
