Title: Public Worlds

 When will the new Public Worlds be popping up, and we will just have to wait on them to see what they will entail or will it be announced beforehand?

A new one would be automatically generatedf with all other public worlds are

- 80% full, or
- have no more than 1 (or is it 2?) game year left

So in order for a new public world to be created, allof the current public worlds must meet those above conditions?

And didn't I read somewhere that the system has a propensity to create a Full World if there are none currently running?

Yes all other public worlds must meet either conditions (although Im not sure if you can mix them around with one world being filled and the others having 1 game year left).

In the case of W350, when it was created, all other worlds was at least 80% occupied.
