Is there a way to move an airline from one world to another...
Also whats the difference between public and private worlds?
and any one in public 350 wanna invite me to an alliance

You are welcome to join multiple worlds if you want. Each world costs 30 tokens.
However, moving an airline (along with any cash and aircraft) is not possible.
Also whats the difference between public and private worlds?
Public worlds are generated by the game servers and are open to anyone that wants to join them (for 30 tokens).
Private worlds are generated and configured by players themselves. They often will be password-protected to only allow certain people to join. Others will be open to the public (denoted by "Password: No").

The staffs provide membership assistances (such as resets) in public world, but not in private world, unless requested by the creator of the world.
As for the alliance, post in the alliance forum instead.
