Title: [FIXED] Choosing base after reset

I registered last round but didn't really start playing then. My starting city was somewhere in the US. Now after the reset I would like to start again, but in Europe. However, following the reset I was only given a choice among US cities to start in (or if I was I managed to miss it). I can't find an option for declaring bankruptcy or anything in that effect in the game.

Could a moderator please reset my account so that I could choose a starting base in Europe?

Anyone else with a similar issue, please contact an admin to sort it out or post in this forum.
