Title: About Terminals

Hi all,

If I build a terminal at a do I just pay the fee to build or is there rental payable as well?

Also if I build a terminal with extra gates than I need (for later) will they be subject to handing back if not used rule?

You pay 75% rent as upkeep.

Built gates would not be handed back, but rented gates would be.

Not as good value as I hoped... But i guess still saves money.

One more question.
Can built gates be sold?
