We're looking at a new age opening July 1st.

Here's a rundown.

NEW create, edit, close route pages.
NEW finance page, showing greater detail and accuracy.
IMPROVED depreciation in game, (straight-line, 20 year service life).
NEW hourly script (most bugs seem worked out, but if anything goes wrong, scream.)
IMPROVED back-end stuff.
NEW one way flights.

I turn the microphone over to stephen to rattle off what he's come up with, i know he's been working on a nicer view route as some improvements to the gates page.

During 2000 i'm planning on integrating a broker system into the game, hopefully will patch the alliance system (possibly including basic or full code-sharing) and expand the focus city system to include hubs and bases.  Hopefully you'll like all the stuff we've managed to roll out for 2000, and hopefully we can make the next age even more impressive.

As part of the 2000 re-opening pledge I've managed to get

IMPROVED View route, now with market share data and charts
IMPROVED View airport, new pie chart added and for Mozilla Firefox users there are tabs that can be used to keep data displayed discretely.
IMPROVED Browsing of gate rentals, new format for viewing allowing selection of countries, continents or simply search gate codes.
General site fixes.
More to come too...

Not as many as Air Elbonia but I have some admin side work that most people wont see but takes a fair bit of time to implement. The final list will be published tonight.

You should start out with a base, and focus city creation (without sufficient funds) should have been disabled in one of my random updates from last age.

The new features look great!  Nice job!

Just one little thing.  When you go to view gates, would it be possible to make the link default to "All Gates"?  Right now, it defaults to the dropdown menu and its getting a little bit inconvenient having to click on it and select "all gates" every time.  And then, if people wanted to further organize them by continent, they could with the dropdown menu.

But other than that, everything else looks pretty awesome :D
