how do you say things like'start cash is one euro but u are credited w/10mil once u setup'?
so,how do u do that

The private world creator/admin has the ability to add/remove cash at will for any airline.

so i can set up a world with 1€ startmoney. and add later in the game money to all airlines?

Correct. That is found in the "world admin" section of the main "admin" section.

It's there to give the world "owner" ( or renter, how ever the terminology needs to be )full control over their world, it's just sad that this constantly gets abused.

I dont really see the point in that control option though...except for saving token costs  ;)

We can't help it these things are getting abused, really. The functionality needed to be there, so we added it in. If you join a private world, the owner of which you don't know, these things can (and in some cases will) happen.

yes. to save tokens, a friend opened a world for us 2 with 1€ startcash :) but we dont cheat :D its a friendly game^^

Maybe you can have a checkbox enabling or disabling this feature during private world creation and after that you cannot reverse this decision. And then have this posted publicly in the list of Worlds to join. This should allow for easier decision-making on what world is best suited for them when it comes to this.
