Airport ID: 500
Pax: 34,340,000
Problem: Currently, DXB is a 250,000 airport, but by right, it should be a 300,000 airport. Aren't airports meant to turn to 300,000 after surpassing the 30,000,000 milestone? thats wat happened to Guangzhou Airport....

Any changes normally take place in new worlds rather than current ones, so you shouldn't get a sudden jump in cost.
