Sigh...I hate when you type out a long post and lose it...So here a condensed version.
This is an update of all Indian airports. It was provided by the dgca (Directorate General of Civil Aviation (http://dgca.nic.in/)) of India. Click here to download the complete file (http://dgca.nic.in/pub/pub06-07.zip) on airport statistics. This file was discovered through this page (http://dgca.nic.in/reports/rep-ind.htm). The file's pretty huge, but if you extract the "CHAP5_06-06" folder, and open up "5.1.pdf", you'll see all the information.
If you don't want to download and extract and all that stuff, I've uploaded the file to my server here (http://www.tushardhoot.com/5.1.pdf).
I've also compiled all the data into an excel file with the totals.

I'm also working on getting the 2nd airport of Hyderabad (bigger, newer, and overall better) added so if anyone can find any information on it, please let me know. It's Hyderabad International Airport, not Begumpet.
