Title: Minor Update - External viewing of airlines

I've added a page that shows the details of an airline to anyone, whether they are registered on Airline Mogul or not. This also solves the issue of viewing an airline while in another world. Simply go to the view airline page and either choose the direct link, or place the forum code.

Do you have a nameless aircraft or is it a problem with the page? ;)
