Title: why can it not scrap it...

All my aircraft wont allow me to scrap them since we went to the new layout.

it's costing me massive amounts of cash my maintainance bills have gone from $400m to $900m and my profits have dropped from $1bn to $300m.

i have about 50 planes i need to scrap, whats going on..?
