Ladies and Gentlemen,
As part of a class, I will be managing our restaurant laboratory in the evening of Sept 17 (Wed). Although it is a laboratoy, it is also a full service restaurant. It is called the John Purdue Room Bistro (http://www.cfs.purdue.edu/htm/about/restaurants.shtml). As part of my class, I have to have a certain number of patrons to meet a sales quota. As a result, you are all invited to come and have dinner (at your own expenses).
Our theme for the week will be Fall back into Summer. In addition to the menu that you could find on the above link, we are also featuring the following specials...
- Tomatoes with Goat Cheese Caprese Salad
- Braised Short Ribs with White Polenta
- Strawberry Apple Crisp
Some reasons that you would want to be here...

Thanks for your support :) If you could, please make a reservation by Tue Sept 16. That would make my life (and that of my hostess's) much easier.

Indiana? Oh man you are really pushing it. Spent a night and one day in Indianapolis and thought I was going to die! The only thing that saved me was a good hotel on campus. Would I go back? Um not unless I was paid. Which I was for that trip.
