Title: W12 alliance bug

I was told by a couple people that they joined my alliance.  When I go to create route, several alliance bases show up, but when I go to view alliance it shows me as the only member.

It's showing Alliance bases of Algiers, Amsterdam, Athens, Boston, Cairo, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, London Gatwick, Madrid, Milan Linate, Moscow, Munich, Palma de Mallorca, Paris CDG, Philadelphia, Rome, Vienna, Zurich
